This Privacy Policy explains how Advertime Mediavasarlo Kft. ("the Company", "we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the website advertimemediavasarlo.com (the "Website") and with enquiries, consulting relationships and newsletter subscriptions arising from it.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and applicable Hungarian data protection law.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so under Article 37 GDPR. Privacy enquiries are handled at the address above.
2. Personal data we process
2.1 Enquiries sent to us
The contact form on this Website does not transmit anything to us: it prepares a message in your own email application, and the message only reaches us if you choose to send it. When you write to us — through that form, or directly by email — we receive the data contained in your message, typically your name, email address, the name of your organisation if you provide it, and the content of your enquiry.
2.2 Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process the name and email address you give us, together with the record of your consent (the fact and date of your subscription request). Subscription is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of contacting us or of receiving a proposal.
2.3 Consulting relationships
If an enquiry leads to an engagement, we process the contact details of the individuals involved on the client side, together with correspondence and the documentation required for contracting, invoicing and accounting.
2.4 Server log data
Like most websites, this Website is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers record technical information about requests — including the requesting IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and browser identification. This data is generated by the hosting infrastructure and is used to operate and secure the Website.
2.5 Cookies and tracking
This Website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tracking, does not embed social media widgets and does not create visitor profiles. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
The Website does load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Because your browser requests those files directly, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google as part of that request. If you prefer to avoid this, browser extensions and settings that block third-party requests will prevent it; the Website remains fully usable with system fonts.

4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Personal data may be accessible to the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting provider — the provider that hosts this Website and stores its server logs, acting as our processor.
- Email and newsletter service providers — the providers we use to send and receive business email and, where applicable, to distribute the newsletter, acting as our processors.
- Accountants, auditors and legal advisers — where required for bookkeeping, statutory reporting or legal advice.
- Public authorities — where disclosure is required by law or by a valid official request.
Processors act only on our documented instructions and are bound by data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR. On request we will tell you which providers are currently used for a given purpose.
5. International transfers
We aim to keep processing within the European Economic Area. Where a service provider processes personal data outside the EEA, that transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The Google Fonts requests described in section 2.5 are made by your browser directly to Google and may be served from outside the EEA.
6. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: kept for up to two years from the last correspondence, then deleted.
- Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent; the record of unsubscription is retained so that we can demonstrate the request was honoured.
- Contract and correspondence data of clients: kept for the duration of the engagement and for the applicable limitation period afterwards.
- Accounting and invoicing records: kept for the period required by Hungarian accounting and tax legislation.
- Server logs: kept for the short technical retention period applied by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format (data portability);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] or to our registered office. We respond within one month of receiving the request; where a request is complex, that period may be extended in accordance with Article 12(3) GDPR and we will tell you if that happens. 8. Complaints
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH), or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence or workplace. You may also seek a judicial remedy before the competent court.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for the Website, access control on the accounts and systems that hold correspondence, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
11. Children
This Website is addressed to businesses and professional contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; please read their own policies before providing personal data to them.
13. Changes to this policy
