The terms on which Advertime Mediavasarlo Kft. makes this website available.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website advertimemediavasarlo.com (the "Website"), which is operated by Advertime Mediavasarlo Kft. (the "Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Hungary under company registration number 01-09-172963, tax number 13593250-2-42, with its registered office at 1154 Budapest, Bercsenyi Miklos Street 91, Hungary.
By accessing or using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
The Website is provided for general business information about the Company and its IT consulting services. You may view, browse and print pages of the Website for your own business or personal reference.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- use it in breach of applicable law or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting environment or any connected system;
- introduce malware or any other code intended to disrupt or damage the Website;

2. Informational purpose only
The content of the Website is general information about our activity. It is not professional advice, and no consulting relationship is created by reading it or by sending us an enquiry. Advice is provided only under a separate written agreement, and any statements made there prevail over the general descriptions published here.
We take care to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Descriptions of services indicate the type of work we undertake; the actual scope, deliverables and terms of any engagement are agreed individually in writing.
3. Enquiries sent through the Website
The Website does not process form submissions on a server. The contact and subscription forms prepare a message in your own email application, and a message reaches us only when you send it yourself. Please do not include confidential information, personal data of third parties or sensitive material in an initial enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either party to enter into an agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, layout, graphics, icons, source code and the Company's name and logo — is owned by the Company or used with permission, and is protected by Hungarian and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link to the source page are permitted.
5. Third-party links and resources
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or load third-party resources such as web fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement. These Terms concern the Website only; liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
8. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and separate from contacting us, and can be ended at any time through our unsubscribe page or by writing to [email protected].
9. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is to be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intended purpose.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer user is resident. Disputes relating to the Website fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
